Taquero Service
Our Taco Guy Platinum is the ultimate taquero experience. A three hour fiesta with a taquero, tortilla lady and our very grande condiment and salsa bar. Your guests will start their taco making experience with a fresh tortilla handmade at your event by our friendly tortilla lady. They will then add their choice of freshly grilled meat or an additional filling and continue to the very grande condiment and salsa bar to top off a delicious taco. The service includes:
- Mexican White Rice
- Refried Beans
- Handmade Corn Tortillas made by our tortilla lady
- Chicken and Beef Grilled at your event by our Taco Guy
- Select one additional taco filling:

- Birria (shredded beef in a red sauce, marinated in traditional Mexican spice)
- Chicken with green mole sauce (shredded chicken breast prepared in a mild tomatillo mole sauce)
- Beef Fajitas - tender pieces of beef sautéed in onions, green peppers & tomatoes.
- Chicken Fajitas – chicken pieces sautéed in onions, green peppers & tomatoes
- Sautéed Potatoes – cubed potatoes sautéed with green peppers and onions
- Carnitas – roasted pork (add $1.00 per person
- VERY GRANDE Salsa and Condiment Bar
- Mild Red Salsa
- A litte Spicy Red Salsa
- Spicy Chipotle Salsa
- Chopped Cilantro
- Diced Onions

Service
Casablanca Restaurant staff will set-up a buffet station with white tablecloths, customer’s choice of skirt, and stainless steel chafing dishes and a table top grill. Servers will tend the buffet line for three hours. Casablanca will provide plastic plates, paper napkins, cups and plastic cutlery. Quesadilla lady needs access to an electrical outlet for her griddle.

$650 plus tax for up to 50 guests (Additional guests $12.50 plus tax)
